Jim Keller is the Managing Partner of Keller & Keller Injury Lawyers and a lifelong advocate for justice, compassion, and community service. Under his leadership, the firm has expanded its reach across Indiana, Michigan, and New Mexico—while never losing sight of its core mission: to stand up for people when they need it most.

As a dedicated board member of Samantha’s House, Jim brings decades of experience and deep empathy to the organization’s mission of providing custom vans and support for children with disabilities. His commitment goes beyond legal work—Jim is personally invested in creating real change for families facing enormous challenges.

Bryan Lacey

Bryan Lacey

After earning his degree in Civil Engineering from Purdue University in 1980, Bryan Lacey began a long and successful career in project and construction management. Over the years, he has led the development of commercial, industrial, and large-scale residential projects, as well as thousands of acres of land as a real estate developer.
Throughout his career, Bryan has overseen multiple large-scale projects simultaneously, managing budgets, schedules, quality control, and personnel. He is known for fostering team collaboration and takes great satisfaction in helping teams succeed.

Bryan has been a dedicated member of the Samantha’s House board for over twenty years and has found deep fulfillment in witnessing Hoosiers come together to support families in need.
Cynthia Whitaker

Cynthia Whitaker

Cynthia Whitaker is the Chief Operating Officer at Keller & Keller Injury Lawyers, where she leads firm operations with integrity, compassion, and an unwavering commitment to client care. With decades of experience in the legal field, Cynthia has been instrumental in shaping the firm’s growth, culture, and community impact.

Beyond her professional role, Cynthia is deeply committed to serving her community. Every year, she plans, promotes, and hosts Mercy Christmas, a heartfelt gift and toy drive at her church that brings joy and support to families in need during the holiday season.

As a board member of Samantha’s House, Cynthia brings that same sense of purpose and professionalism to helping children with disabilities and their families gain access to the mobility and support they deserve. Her leadership ensures that every initiative is carried out with care, transparency, and lasting impact.

Tim Jeffers

Tim Jeffers

As the Director of Business Development and Community Relations, Tim manages outreach and public affairs functions for the firm. He also guides CSO’s philanthropic efforts.

A former Army Public Affairs Officer, Tim’s expertise includes sixteen years in state government. His knowledge of public policy and the legislative process provides unique insight and guidance for projects associated with governmental and public entities. His expertise is particularly valuable for projects involving master planning and developing public information and outreach efforts.

Tim has been with CSO since 2008 and was named a Principal in 2020. His significant community involvement includes service on the Indy Chamber Board of Directors and Business Advocacy Committee, CYO and Scecina High School Board of Directors, Samantha’s House & Van Foundation Board, Lutheran High School Booster Club, and Indianapolis Fire Merit Board and Citizens’ Police Complaint Board. He is a former Indiana Army National Guardsman and U.S. Army Reservist with service during Operation Iraqi Freedom. Throughout his career, he has worked for four Indiana governors, three Indiana Speakers of the House, two U.S. Congressmen, and two general officers.
J’nai Stuller

J’nai Stuller

J'nai Stuller has proudly served with Samantha’s House and Vans Foundation for more than 15 years, supporting the organization’s mission to provide accessible homes and vans for families in need. As a dedicated real estate agent, she has successfully completed numerous commercial and residential transactions, combining strong market knowledge with strategic guidance and clear communication. Prior to her career in real estate, J’nai worked in marketing and business development for a leading architecture firm, where she developed expertise in relationship-building and creative problem-solving. A long-time volleyball coach and community volunteer, she values teamwork, integrity, and giving back. J’nai lives in Carmel with her husband and two sons.

Adam Swartz is a creative strategist and community advocate based in Indianapolis, currently serving as Director of Marketing at Keller & Keller Injury Lawyers. With a background in brand storytelling, content creation, and social impact campaigns, Adam brings both vision and heart to everything he does. Adam believes in using creativity for good—and that every child deserves comfort, dignity, and the freedom to move.
Tom Hill

Tom Hill

Tom Hill is a sales and marketing professional with over 20 years of experience in billboard advertising space. He currently serves as the Market Manager for Lamar Advertising of Central Indiana, where he leads client strategy and brand development.

A proud husband and father of two, Tom believes strongly in the power of giving back and makes community involvement a priority in both his personal and professional life. He is passionate about community engagement and mentoring the next generation of leaders. In his free time, he enjoys coaching youth sports, golfing and volunteering with local nonprofits.

Jim Kissling

Jim Kissling

Jim Kissling Sam's House bio: Jim Kissling is the President of AutoFarm Mobility, a transportation dealership specializing in wheelchair-accessible vehicles, ambulances, mobility aids, and recreational vehicles. Previously, he was the President of a new car auto group with eight locations across three states. Jim and his family currently reside in Westfield, Indiana, and are actively involved with St. Luke's United Methodist Church.

Jim was diagnosed with Kennedy's disease in his early twenties. This is a degenerative neuromuscular disease for which there is currently no treatment or cure. While his personal mobility continues to decline, his passion for assisting individuals with disabilities grows daily. His positive outlook brings humor and compassion to various situations. Jim is thrilled to serve on the board of Samantha's House, contributing to an organization that not only provides the right solutions but also helps make nearly unattainable dreams a reality for families.

Mike Hanlon

Jonathan Palmer

Jonathan Palmer

Jonathan Palmer is a retired U.S. Army Master Sergeant, combat veteran, former Infantry, and Recruiting leader with more than 22 years of proven leadership in infantry, recruiting, training, marketing, and operational management. He began his career in the Infantry, where he developed discipline, resilience, and team-first mindset that shaped his approach to leadership.

Jonathan is a relationship-driven marketing and community outreach leader with 20+ years of experience building pipelines, partnerships, and high-impact events across the Indianapolis and Cincinnati markets. As a former Recruiting & Marketing leader for the United States Army, he coached 160+ field reps, managed multi-line budgets and storefront/event operations, and partnered with campuses and healthcare institutions to grow brand visibility and engagement. He excels at grassroots activation, sponsorships, and lunch-and-learn style presentations; uses CRM/ATS data to set goals and report on KPIs; and collaborates closely with cross-functional teams to turn community presence into measurable results. Jonathan is currently the Community Marketing Manager for Superior Van and Mobility in the Indianapolis and Cincinnati markets.

During his military career, Jonathan led statewide recruiting operations for the Indiana Army National Guard, managing and mentoring teams of more than 160 recruiters across eight ROTC campuses while consistently ranking in the top 10% nationally. Known for developing future leaders, he built high-performing teams through mentorship, accountability, and strategic vision.

He has directed multi-million-dollar budgets, created comprehensive training programs, and strengthened partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to achieve critical mission goals. Jonathan holds a Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Leadership from Indiana Institute of Technology and a Certificate in Social Media Management from Georgetown University. His distinguished service has been recognized with three Meritorious Service Medals, the Recruiting and Retention Master Badge, and the Combat Infantryman Badge for excellence and dedication to mission success. Most importantly Jonathan is a husband to his wife Emily and Father to his daughter Whitney.
